Pricing
Yes. You can change your plan at the start of any new billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately on a pro-rated basis; downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. There are no penalties or cancellation fees.
We offer a 14-day proof-of-concept for Enterprise prospects, conducted in your own Azure tenant with full feature access. Contact our team via the contact form to schedule a guided onboarding session.
Security
Aura Compliance runs entirely within your own Azure tenant — we never store your Microsoft 365 data on shared infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and access is controlled via Microsoft Entra ID with role-based permissions.
We follow the principle of least privilege. Aura requires read-only Microsoft Graph API permissions scoped to the specific workloads you want to monitor (e.g. Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). No write access to your tenant is ever requested or granted.
